We are so proud to share with you the recap of our first ever 5K Walkathon event in Liberty State Park, NJ last June 25th!
Thank you to our donors, partners, sponsors, volunteers, participants, influencers, and people who walked virtually with SweatCoin, for supporting our event and helping us raise awareness about the clean water scarcity issue in Africa.
Thank you to Assemblywoman Britnee N. Timberlake of the 34th District of NJ, Antonio Prieto Hair Salon, Xtreme Element, Dun & Bradstreet, SweatCoin, Peace Islands Institute, Councilman James Solomon, and Lauren Brzozowski!
Within the framework of this project, a total of 480,000 people participated in the virtual walk program organized through the SweatCoin application and physically in Liberty State Park. Participants supported the project by taking 30 billion steps and donating so that women and children in Africa could not walk for hours every day for clean water.
If you still want to donate and help us reach our goal of reconstructing 250 abandoned non-operational water wells in Africa, click the link below.
