Celebrating the 2nd Annual Religious Freedom Community Iftar!

On March 7th, Rumi Forum hosted the 2nd Annual Religious Freedom Community Iftar in partnership with the IRF Summit and the National Museum of American Religion. This special evening brought together a diverse group of faith and community leaders, scholars, and advocates, all committed to religious freedom, interfaith engagement, and community building.

We were privileged to hear remarks from Ambassador Sam Brownback, Co-Chair of the IRF Summit, as our keynote speaker, and USCIRF Chair Stephen Schneck, who delivered closing remarks. Their unwavering dedication to defending religious freedom worldwide continues to inspire us.

The evening concluded with powerful reflections from leading religious freedom advocates, including Rebecca Cataldi (International Center for Religion and Diplomacy), James Patton (Lead Integrity), and Hurunnessa Fariad (formerly Multi-Faith Neighbors Network), reinforcing our shared commitment to fostering peace and understanding.
