So much has happened in the world since 1993, the year The Fountain was born.
We have been thrilled with new advancements in technology, internet, human genome projects, self-driving cars, cell phones, outer space exploration, and so much more.
We have been hurt with violence and tragedy in the forms of warfare, invasions, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, and economic crises.
Yet, individually, we inhabit our own worlds, engrossed in the ebb and flow of life:
we inhale and exhale every passing moment;
we toil and find solace;
we rise and slumber;
we battle ailments and mend;
we foster connections and encounter adversaries.
From birth to eventual passing, we navigate these cycles, perpetually seeking to understand our place and purpose in this existence, a journey marked by both triumphant highs and heartrending lows.
In this complex journey we call life, we navigate more adeptly when we adjust our perspectives for a clearer vision, both outward and inward.
When we observe with a faithful eye, a discerning heart, and a reasoning mind, the external universe unfolds its splendid pages, NOT as a daunting void of darkness but like an expanding book, and within, we uncover our inner soul, NOT as a captive entity in absurdity, but continuously deepening and as precious as to encapsulate numerous spheres within.
Since 1993, The Fountain is doing just that: provide alternative perspectives for a clearer vision.
